Children’s Privacy

This Website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information (as defined by the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act) from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from children under the age of 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete it as soon as practicable. This privacy policy (the “Policy”) applies to your use of the Aly Go App (the “App”) on any platform or device, including any functions within this App. Alyvant, Inc. (collectively, “we” “our” or “us”) respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Policy. This Policy describes:
